We are an open-access provider. Which means we no longer accept insurance. This may surprise many of our patients, But you should know that there will be an out-of-pocket for expensive medical care.

However, if you have out-of-network coverage through your insurance company, you can submit your receipt for reimbursement. Most insurance companies reimburse within 7-14 business days. At Logic Eye Care, our goal is to provide quality patient care.
